Ingredients

1 cup raspberries, frozen

1 cup crushed pineapple

1 cup soy milk

2 tablespoons honey

1 lemon, juiced

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup soft silken tofu

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth.
