Ingredients
1 bottle dry white wine
1/2 cup herb simple syrup, recipe follows
1/2 cup orange liqueur
1/2 lime, thinly sliced
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
1 cup honeydew melon balls
Herb Simple Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 sprigs each fresh mint and tarragon
In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to the boil over high heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add herbs and let steep until mixture is cool.
Directions
- In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients. Serve immediately over ice, or let sit for several hours for flavors to meld before serving over ice.
