Ingredients

Directions

Special equipment:
a shark-shaped cookie cutter
  1. Wrap 2 graham crackers each individually with damp, but not drippy, wet paper towels. Microwave them for 15 to 20 seconds. Immediately unfold from the paper towels and use a shark-shaped cookie cutter to press out sharks. Put the scraps and remaining 4 graham crackers in a plastic bag or bowl and crush until they resemble sand.
  2. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, oriented in a landscape position in front of you, add the chocolate in order from bottom to top in wide bands spanning the width of the pan from left to right, as follows: dark blue, medium blue, white and light blue. Use a knife or skewer and make waves by dragging the white upward through the blue. Quickly move on to sprinkling the crushed graham cracker sand along the bottom inch or so.
  3. Press the graham cracker sharks into the chocolate along with the pretzel fish, gummy sharks, candy coated chocolates, sprinkles and edible glitter. Allow to cool until hardened, about 1 hour, then break up into random-sized pieces and serve.

Cook’s Note

You can melt candy melts in a heatproof bowl in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between each.
