Ingredients

Prepared pizza crust (recommended: Boboli)

2 cups shredded or cubed cooked chicken breast

1 cup diced pineapple

1 cup diced baked ham

1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and top with all remaining ingredients, in the order listed.
  3. Bake 8 to 12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

This is Food Network, & I expect a recipe!  How difficult is it to make the dough?  Heck, I even like a challenge, where I have to figure out how to come up with the ingredients.  This recipe is like one that comes off the box!
