Orange-Strawberry Cream Pops

Ingredients

1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, no pulp

6 strawberries, hulled and halved

Zest and juice of 1 lime

3 cups vanilla bean ice cream

Directions

Special equipment:
ten 3.2-ounce ice-pop molds
  1. Combine the orange juice, strawberries, lime zest and juice and ice cream in a blender. Blend until smooth, then pour into 3.2-ounce ice-pop molds (it will make about 10). Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight.
