Directions
- Put the grapefruit juice, frozen strawberries, fresh strawberries and vodka into a blender with the ice and blend until the mixture reaches a slushy consistency. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of 2 cocktail glasses and coat half of each rim with coarse salt. Add the frozen cocktail to the glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
