A white negroni is a spectacular drink because it’s perfectly bitter and not at all too sweet. Plus, it follows a 1-1-1 ratio, which means it’s a breeze to make and even easier to batch for a large crowd.

Ingredients

1 ounce London dry gin

1 ounce Lillet blanc

1 ounce Cocchi Americano

Splash of bitters

Ice

1 orange peel, cut into a shark fin shape

Directions

Add the gin, Lillet, Americano and bitters to a shaker filled with ice. Stir or shake vigorously until very cold. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the shark fin orange peel.
