Ingredients
1 tablespoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
- Place the allspice, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and nutmeg in a small bowl and stir to combine using a small spoon. Transfer to a glass jar with a tight lid and store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
