Banana Pops

Ingredients

4 large bananas

2 cups fruit-flavored yogurt

1 cup crushed cereal

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas, leave whole, and dip them in the yogurt. Roll them in the crushed cereal to coat. Freeze until firm. Serve when firm.

Very clever. I used strawberry yogurt and fiber one cereal. I only had a problem with the inside thawing much more slowly. Next time I will try cutting it into slices.
