Ingredients

1 large onion, finely sliced

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro

Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
