Ingredients
2 ounces Aperol
4 ounces sparkling white wine
4 ounces freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice
3 cocktail olives
Directions
- Fill a wine glass halfway with ice. Pour the Aperol, sparkling wine and juice over the ice. Garnish with a skewer of cocktail olives.
