Fly By Jing might be best known for their Sichuan Chile Crisp — a versatile condiment that's a pantry staple for many Food Network staffers — but the female-founded brand has also been making some seriously delicious dumplings since 2021. So we were heartbroken to learn that line of frozen dumplings is going away for good.
With this sad news comes some good news, too, though: Fly By Jing is giving a proper farewell to their fan-favorite dumplings. Starting March 13, you can shop the last run of their Pork Soup Dumplings, which have sold out three times since their original launch. Once they're sold out, though, you're out of luck, so snag a pack (or two) while they're still in stock. If you're new to Fly By Jing, we suggest buying their Starter Pack, which includes these soup dumplings and a jar of chili crisp.
“We made the best meals and memories together — it feels wonderful to end this chapter on a high note, and dumplings will always have a special place in my heart,” says Jing Gao, Founder and CEO of Fly By Jing.
These pork xiao long bao soup dumplings are exclusively available at flybyjing.com, made in California with USDA-certified pork. They arrive ready to be steamed, boiled or fried and can be ready to eat in just a few minutes, whether you toss them into a soup or dip them in your favorite sauce.
"Dumplings are one of the first dishes I learned to make with my grandmother," Jing says on their website. "I've since lost count of how many I've pleated and served over the years at my restaurant and dinner parties. I made these for myself because I couldn't find good quality frozen dumplings out there, and I'm so excited to share these amazing flavors with you, right in the comfort of your own home."
