Goat Cheese Balls

Mix together a package of cream cheese and a log of goat cheese until thoroughly combined, then use your hands to roll chunks of the cheese into small balls. Combine chopped parsley, thyme, bacon bits and chopped walnuts on a plate and roll each cheese ball in the coating until covered. Pop a stick into each cheese ball and serve atop dried apple slices for easier eating, with additional apple slices on the side for dipping.
