Swap an old-school beef frank for a chicken apple sausage, wrap it in bacon, add some hash browns and cheese, and top it off with a fried egg. And for those of you who think no brunch is complete without a hint of sweet, you can make your bun into French toast instead of toasting it — all the brunch essentials in one bun.

Slather them with butter, garlic and cheese to make some cheesy garlic bread. Take it to the next level by pairing two garlic bread halves, adding more cheese, then dipping them in tomato soup or marinara sauce. Note: You can also add meatballs, eggplant, pepperoni or anything else your heart desires.
