Ingredients
- 1/2 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 stalk celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 cauliflower florets or mushrooms
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup hummus
Directions
